Yes, you will complete a Certified OES Practitioner Qualification Application Form.
Performance Dashboard’s qualification committee will review for a Level 1 or 2 OES Certification.

Level 1: Building the Foundation for Impact

While you may not yet meet the qualifications for Level 2, you bring meaningful strengths, transferable skills, and a clear interest in organizational culture.
A background in marketing, sales, event planning, administration, or similar roles uniquely positions you to contribute to collaborating with client organizations to set up and effectively administer their OES.

Level 2: Leading Transformation Change

To fulfill all requirements in Level 1 and ensure the highest impact and integrity in using the OES, we welcome professionals who bring depth, insight, and expertise.
You’ll need at least five years of advanced experience in HR, leadership, OD consulting, or executive coaching—or an advanced degree in a field that provides specialized training in interpreting organizational or psychological data and intelligent measurement tools.
Your experience empowers you to go beyond surface-level results—translating complex data into meaningful strategies that unlock growth and transformation.

There are 3 steps in the certification process:

1. Complete the Qualification Application Form

You will receive a Qualification Application to complete and return via email. Time: approximately 15 -20 minutes.

You will receive an email from the OES Qualification Committee with a Level 1 or 2 certification. In rare cases, some applicants do not meet the requirements for a Level 1 or 2.

2. Review and Sign a Performance Dashboard Certified Practitioner of the OES Agreement.
3. Attend Live Virtual Training and Coaching

Your journey to becoming a Certified OES Practitioner begins with a series of dynamic, interactive learning experiences designed to set you up for success.

We’ll kick things off with your first live Zoom session, a 2–3 hour deep dive into the OES Certification Program. Beforehand, you’ll receive the full OES Certification Program manual. Take time to read through it, highlight key insights, and jot down any questions or areas where you’d like extra clarity—this way, you’ll get the most out of the session.

Next, you’ll engage in a series of live Zoom sessions that include up to 16 hours of on-the-job coaching with simulated or real OES clients.

This is where you’ll bring the process to life— moving step by step from setup to launch. If you’re working toward Level 2 certification, you’ll go even further, learning how to analyze OES results and confidently debrief client reports.

By completing all three steps—self-paced learning, live training and coaching, and demonstrating your qualifications—you’ll not only master the OES process, you’ll be ready to step out with confidence as a Certified OES Practitioner, fully prepared to make an immediate impact.

Help Desk Support
Performance Dashboard plans to respond to calls and emails within one business day (Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm CST or CDT), and after hours and on weekends if necessary.

OES Report Turnaround….
After the client provides written permission to close their OES, the reports are electronically delivered to the Certified OES Practitioner within 3-5 business days. The turnaround time for custom reports will be determined.
