Successful completion of the Channel Partner OES training qualifies the Channel Partner to train, support, and monitor distributors who can market, administer, and deliver the web-based and paper/pencil versions of the Organizational Effectiveness Survey. The OES measures the change readiness within an organization, as well as employee satisfaction, work environment, and levels of strategic management, implementation, and measurement.
