We’re different compared to some multi- assessment and performance tracking conglomerates. Performance Dashboard is part of an innovative yet practical Human Resources and business development performance tracking discipline which, frankly, not everyone is cut out to represent. But, if you’re seeking a marketing association with a credible organization, then perhaps you should consider us.
Our strength is in specialized employee satisfaction /organizational assessment, employee performance review, and business performance tracking tools such as the Organizational Effectiveness Survey, eFeedback Performance Review, and a Performance Management Tracking System. If you’re looking for practical, not spin, showmanship, then you should learn more about us.
We’re selective. We don’t offer OES qualification training to everyone who applies. We only consider individuals and organizations that:
- Meet specific qualifications and requirements
- Are likely to quickly turn a profit marketing our products
- Enjoy the process of doing the right things to be profitable
Our products and services are currently marketed throughout the United States. Excellent opportunities are available for HR and Business Development consulting and training organizations who meet our stringent credentialing criteria for being a Channel Partner.
